Temple Square is a magnificent place, even if you’re not Morman. If you’re ever in Salt Lake City, go explore. You’ll love the flower gardens!

I like walking around there when I visit the Family History Library. As you say, the gardens are stunning. The capitol building is also worthy of a visit.
Oh my gosh. Their Capital building is stunning. I should write about that someday!
Eilene, do you visit there often?
Looks amazing 🌸♥️
It is simply beautiful.
We went with my dad to SLC twice when he had business there. It’s a 2 day road trip from where we lived in Arizona. While Dad worked, Mom and me and my BFF took a tour of the Temple Grounds, Capitol Building, and best of all for me, Brigham Young’s house. I was only 12-ish, but loved all of it. On the way home we stopped and got cherries from a roadside stand and took a quick look at Zion National Forest or whatever it is that’s between SLC and Phoenix that you can hop out of your car and see really quick and wish that you had a week to explore. Beautiful place, Utah.
What great memories! I hiked in Utah last year – Arches and Canyonlands and just loved it. Isn’t it funny the things we remember? Like the cherries!
Ahhhh I hope to see Arches and Canyonlands some time! And yes, it’s funny the tiny details we remember, like the cherries.
They’re beautiful. I loved them both.
That looks a great place – very interesting architecture on those buildings and those flower-beds look nice too.
And a great shot by the way!
Thank you! It’s a gorgeous place!
